Please be advised the Board has hired Green Touch Landscaping to do tree work around the community. Weather permitting, work will begin on Tuesday, September 5th and will take several days to complete.
The work to be done is as follows:
Malibu Drive:
Cut the large surface root between 7 and 9 Malibu front yard
Trim off streetlight at 17 Malibu
Cut branch at 20 Malibu
Remove two dead trees in rear between 43 and 45 Malibu
Remove branches and hangers on silver maple between 43 and 45 Malibu
Trim white oak opposite 51 Malibu
Trim branches over driveway 59 Malibu
Cut branch across from 59 Malibu by mailbox
Trim branch over road 50 Malibu
Remove suckers 54 Malibu
Trim branch over sidewalk 74 Malibu

The Board has renewed the snow and landscaping contracts with Absolute Quality through 2025.
During a recent site visit to the community, it was noted there are many units that have overgrown weeds in their front and back beds. As a reminder, it is the owner's responsibility to maintain the weeding.
